Can I make the verification transfer from my spouse’s or parent’s account?

A verification transfer must be made from your personal bank account. You can make your transfer from the “Payments” tab after signing-in to the mobile app, by clicking “Go to the payment”

For what purpose is the verification transfer required? How does this process look like?

The verification transfer is required for confirming the data provided by you during the registration process. If you want to use this service, it is required to make a verification transfer from your bank account in the amount of PLN 0.01.

The verification transfer must be carried out as one of the steps in the registration process in which you will be redirected to Przelewy 24 payment operator and in this place you will choose your bank from the list of available banks. A traditional wire transfer will not be accepted.

I would like to share this service with a few employees or family members. Can I register one joint login and provide it to a few people?

Unfortunately, one login may be used only by one person. Each family member should sign-up for the service individually. If you want to share this service with a few employees, e-mail to: umowaramowa@traficar.pl . We will prepare a special offer for you.

I cannot log into my account. I receive the “Invalid login or password” message, what should I do?

This message is displayed when you provide an invalid password for your account or an invalid e-mail address. Check whether the e-mail address you provided is valid. You can reset your account password by switching to the “Log in” tab in the app, and then “I forgot the password”. This message may be also displayed if you have not clicked the activation link sent by us in an e-mail. Check whether our e-mail message has not landed in the SPAM folder. The activation link is valid for 24 hours. You can generate a new activation link at the website by going to the “Account activation” tab, and then to the “Re-send the activation link” tab.

How is registration made at Traficar?

The first registration stage involves providing your personal data, taking the photo of your driving licence and accepting the Regulations in the registration form available in the app. Another step is logging into your e-mail box and clicking the activation link sent by us in an e-mail. The last step is a verification transfer from your bank account. At this moment, your booking goes to our employee, which verifies the data provided by you and activates your account. We make our best so that this process does not exceed 24 hours. In the event of any irregularities, we will contact you. If you hold a driving licence issued outside the European Union and you want to sign-up for Traficar, firstly, you should open an account, then, if any problems with registration occur, contact us at rejestracja@traficar.pl.

Which documents are necessary for signing-up for Traficar service?

Prepare a valid driving licence which is acceptable in Poland. During your registration, you will be asked for providing your personal data which are placed on the above mentioned document. If you are a foreigner, you will also need a passport. In the event of foreigners from outside the European Union, Great Britain and Schengen Zone, a residence card will be required. In addition, the app will ask you for taking the photo of the first page of your driving licence. Such a photo is required for verifying your data and it is deleted right after your account activation.

Can I assign a payment card of someone else to my account at Traficar?

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to add to your account a payment card which is registered for a different person. You should register Visa or MasterCard payment card issued for your first and last name.

Which payment cards can I assign to Traficar service?

At any time, after signing-in for the mobile app or when you want to book a vehicle, the system will ask you for entering your payment card. All Visa or MasterCard cards are acceptable. Remember to have the unblocked Internet, telephone and correspondence transactions, to ensure proper funds and set a proper quantity and amount limit for this type of transactions on your card. Remember that your card must be valid for at least 31 days.

Do I have to provide my payment card details when signing-up at Traficar?

Your payment card details will be needed at the time of booking. You can sign-up for the service without providing your payment card. But remember that your card must be registered in our system to book a vehicle.

How to register the account in the service?

In order to become Traficar service user, download the app for a mobile telephone with Android, iOS or Huawei system with HMS services. Prepare your driving licence, payment card (Visa or MasterCard). In the registration process, we will also ask you for verifying your data by means of your bank account. Click “Create Account”, provide your personal data required in the form (first and last name, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, series and number of driving licence).

The app will ask you for taking the photo of the first page of your driving licence and for making a verification transfer from your bank. Remember to click the activation link which you received in your e-mail box. If you carried out all the activities correctly, your account will be active within several minutes.
