Cookies Policy

The service does not collect any information by automatic means, except for information contained in cookies.

  1. Cookie files (so called “cookies”) are information data, in particular, text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and which are intended for using the Service websites. Generally, cookies contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them in the terminal equipment and their unique number.

  3. Cookies are used for the following purpose:
    1. matching the Service website content to the User’s preferences and optimising website usage; in particular, these files allow to recognise the Service User’s device and display properly a website which is customised to the User’s individual needs;
    2. preparing statistics which help understand the way in which Service Users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content;
    3. maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), owing to which the User does not have to enter its login and password again on each Service sub-site;
  4. As part of the Service, there are two basic types of cookies used: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until logging out, leaving a website or switching the software off (Internet browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s terminal equipment for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  5. As part of the Service the following cookies types are used:
    1. strictly necessary cookies enabling using services available as part of the Service, e.g. authenticating cookies which are used for services that require authentication as part of the Service;
    2. cookies used to ensure safety, such as those used to detect malpractice in the authentication processes as part of the Service;
    3. efficiency cookies, used to collect information on the manner in which the Service websites are used;
    4. functional cookies, used for saving the User’s settings and customising the User’s interface, e.g. within the chosen language or region which the User comes from, font size, website design, etc.;
    5. advertising cookies, enabling the supply of advertising content to the User, which is more customised to User’s interests.
  6. In many cases, software used for websites browsing (Internet browser) provides, by default, for cookies storage in the User’s terminal equipment. The Service Users may, at any time, change cookies settings. Such settings may be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookies in the Internet browser settings or inform on their each placement in the Service User’s equipment. The detailed information on the possibilities and methods of cookies handling is available in software (Internet browser) settings.
  7. The Service Operator hereby informs that cookies usage limitations may affect some functionalities available on the Service websites.
  8. Cookies placed in the Service User’s terminal equipment may also be used by advertisers and partners who cooperate with the Service Operator.
