1. Your personal data Controller is Traficar Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Cracow, 7f Puszkarska Street, postal code 30-644 Cracow (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).

GDPR is the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Personal Data Protection Regulation). GDPR specifies the processing rules for your personal data applied by the Controller. Full consent*1. 4. By sending your inquiry to us, you express your consent to use the data provided for implementing such an inquiry.

5. Your personal data – first and last name, company, e-mail address – will be used based on the consent (Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR) – and providing your data is voluntary but indispensable for the Controller to answer the inquiry, and the data will be processed for the period necessary for providing an answer to the inquiry, but not longer than for 24 months.

6. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and it will not affect the conformity with the right to process, which was exercised based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Your consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Controller in a manner indicated in item 3.

7. You have the right to access the data content and rectify them, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to oppose, demand ceasing the data processing and transferring, and the implementation of these rights is possible by contacting the Controller in the manner indicated in item 3.

8. You are entitled to complain to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Your data may be disclosed to the Controller’s subcontractors who participate in the servicing of the contact form and hotline.
