Intercity travelling

Only the Traficar account holder who has successfully passed the verification process during registration can drive a car from the Traficar fleet. Drivers are not allowed to change during one ongoing rental.

No, they do not have to be Traficar users. A passenger, in each Traficar drive, does not have to be Traficar service user.

You can share the travelling costs in any way you want. Traficar does not charge any fee for your passengers and we do not interfere with the way in which you share the payments with them. However, we are preparing a solution for the future which will make automatic bill sharing possible.

Only the person who rented the car is permitted to drive that car.

Refuelling is included in the cost of the service. If your fuel level is low and does not allow you to reach your destination (less than 30%), you will find the FLOTA fuel card in the sun visor on the driver’s side or clipped to the vehicle registration book (logbook). The fuel card will allow you to pay for the refuelled fuel, i.e. PB 95 or Diesel Efecta, only at Orlen stations. The PIN must be generated in the app before refuelling by clicking on the dispenser icon. The type of fuel is indicated on the filler. If there is no fuel card in the vehicle, please contact the hotline.

Unfortunately, no. Terminating the rental in a city other than the one in which the vehicle was rented is possible ONLY for vehicles such as Renault Clio, Dacia Sandero, Renault Ark.

In the app, you have a choice of 2 offers. You can choose between the For as long as you want offer, where you pay a one-off start fee, a set rate for each kilometre started and a parking fee, and the For 24h or longer offer, where you pay for each 24-hour period started, a set rate for each kilometre started and do not pay a parking fee. Each offer includes comprehensive and third party insurance, fuel and parking meters in the cities where the Traficar service operates. To choose the For as long as you want offer, click the Book button, and to choose the For 24h or longer offer, click Book for 24h.

Regardless of the offer you choose, the first 15 minutes of booking a vehicle is always free. We will block PLN 10 on your payment card towards the booking in the case of the For as long as you want offer or a one-off daily fee in the case of the For 24h or longer offer. If you cancel your booking, the funds blocked on your card are automatically released. The released funds will reappear on your account within up to 7 working days, depending on the operation of your bank.

At any time during an active booking, you can take advantage of a paid extension, the price of which is the same as the parking rate. You can find the full price list here.

It is up to your which option your choose. But remember that a longer drive is more affordable with the “Rent for 24h or longer” option.

When you opt for intercity travel, there are two offers available:

– For as long as you want – you pay for the kilometres travelled and a one-off start fee. In addition, you can use the parking mode by locking the vehicle with your key/card. You will then be charged a parking fee for each minute according to the price list.

– For 24h or longer – you pay for the kilometres travelled and the daily fee, which will be charged automatically at the start of each subsequent day. We do not charge a parking fee.

In the case of passenger cars, i.e. Renault Clio, Dacia Sandero, Renault Arkana, terminating the rental in a different city than the one in which it was started will not result in any additional costs apart from those resulting from the price list of the service. Any attempt to terminate the rental with other vehicles from the fleet will be billed in accordance with the Traficar Regulations available on the website and in the app. You may use Traficar cars all over Poland, without any restrictions. Travelling outside the country is not allowed.
