What should I do if a Traficar vehicle breaks down during my rental?

Contact our 24/7 hotline immediately and follow the instructions given by the consultant. Our hotline number is +48 123 000 330. After verifying the situation: 1. If you are in a Traficar zone — we will ask you to rent another Traficar; 2. If you are outside a Traficar zone — we will provide you with a replacement vehicle.

What is my responsibility for Traficar entrusted to me?

When using Traficar vehicles, you are liable in the same way as if you were driving your own vehicle, except that all Traficar vehicles are fully insured (AC/OC policy). You are therefore not liable for theft or damage to the vehicle (due to an accident/collision). However, the insurance does not cover deliberate damage to the vehicle or driving while intoxicated. Am I charged with the additional insurance of Traficar?

You do not incur the cost of additional insurance. Traficar rates include full coverage car insurance (collision, comprehensive and third-party insurance).

I damaged Traficar vehicle, what should I do?

If you have caused an accident or damaged your car, please contact our 24/7 hotline immediately and follow the instructions given by the consultant. Our hotline number is +48 123 000 330. If the car is drivable, we will ask you to continue driving the same vehicle. If not, after verification: 1. If you are in a Traficar zone — we will ask you to rent another Traficar; 2. If you are outside a Traficar zone — we will provide you with a replacement vehicle.
