I left my personal belonging in the car, how can I regain it?

Due to the nature of the Traficar service, we cannot verify on an ongoing basis that customers have not left any private items inside their rental vehicles. We do not operate a lost and found office and are not responsible for any items left in vehicles. Please contact our hotline, and we will do our best to help you. Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee anything in this regard.

The app is unstable, it freezes. What should I do?

To begin with, we will ask you to verify that your app is up to date. To be sure, uninstall the app and install it again. If the problem persists, join the Traficar community here and ask if other users are experiencing similar issues. If the problem is due to an app failure, we will notify you immediately and give you ongoing advice on how to use Traficar during the temporary system instability.

Traficar service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week.
