W przypadku zaistnienia zdarzenia wskazanego w Cenniku, na skutek którego Usługodawca poniósł szkodę, Usługodawca skieruje, do Użytkownika będącego Konsumentem wezwanie do zapłaty wraz z dokumentacją potwierdzającą wysokość poniesionej szkody.
